For Casas com Design, it is very important to safeguard the security and privacy of the data of its customers and visitors. Thus, we guarantee the confidentiality of your personal data, which access is restricted. The collection and processing of this data is carried out in a safe manner in order to prevent their loss or manipulation by third parties.

 

Casas com Design does not disclose or make your data available to third parties, so this data will not be used in any list for promotional purposes. All information collected is intended exclusively for communication with our customers, processing and shipping of orders and after-sales assistance. Casas com Design will only send promotional communications, through its newsletter, to customers who duly mark this option.

 

Customers will always have access to their personal data that they can change or remove, simply by logging into their account or communicating with Casas com Design via email.

 

Payments with credit cards are made through the Paypal service, so Casas com Design will not have access to your data, and the payment is made with maximum security through an external page.

 

Casas com Design reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented about: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.

 

The photographs presented on the website are merely illustrative. We recommend that you refer to the detailed product information and its characteristics.

All products marketed by Casas com Design comply with Portuguese legislation.

 

The Customer and the User must comply with these general conditions and respect them. In particular, they undertake to fulfil the following obligations:

1) It is forbidden to introduce, store or disseminate through the site defamatory, obscene, libelous, xenophobic and/or any other content that violates the general principles of law and public order;
2) Save, and not disclose, your password to enter the site in order to prevent third parties from accessing your account at Casas com Design;
3) Do not use false identities;
4) To provide personal data and correct addresses so that Casas Com Design can properly process orders;

 

The Client is responsible for the veracity of the data communicated to Casas com Design and undertakes to immediately insert in his/her Registration Account any changes to them.

 

Casas com Design declines any responsibility for any delay or impossibility of processing the order, in particular at the time of delivery, due to error or insufficiency of the data communicated by the Client.

 

The data collected on this site are intended for the processing of orders and communication with Customers, processing of requests for information and possible complaints, statistical analysis, as well as their use for direct marketing purposes.

 

Casas com Design guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers. Although Casas com Design collects and processes data in a safe way and prevents its loss or manipulation, using the most improved techniques for this purpose, we inform you that the open network collection allows the circulation of personal data without security conditions, at the risk of being seen and used by unauthorized third parties.

 

All Customers have the right to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of their data. If you wish, at any time, to cease to be part of the Casas com Design database, you can exercise this right by contacting us.

 

The customer expressly authorizes Casas com Design to send information about products and services that may be of interest to them using their personal data for direct marketing purposes through any communication channel, including through the use of e-mail, SMS, MMS or other forms of automatic calling. Casas com Design will not market or share its customer database with third parties.

 

To make purchases through the website it is necessary to register as a Customer by filling out the form available online. Once registered, simply insert all the items you want to purchase in the virtual shopping basket. You must follow all the steps of the purchase in order for it to be completed successfully.

 

The validation of the purchase order assumes that the Customer has become aware of and accepts the General Conditions of the website. The data recorded by Casas com Design are proof of the set of transactions made between Casas com Design and the Client. It is the responsibility of Casas com Design to archive the electronic document in which the contract is formalized and to keep it accessible.

 

Once you finish your purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. If the data is not correct you can immediately request its change, or even the cancel your purchase.

 

Casas com Design only processes the order placed by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment, so Casas com Design cannot guarantee the availability of the items until the beginning of this process. The product sheet finds the estimated date for shipment. The estimated time for shipment is added the shipping time and destination of your order.

 

Casas com Design only makes shipments on weekdays. Thus, neither weekends nor holidays are counted for estimated delivery of orders.

 

In any case, the delivery estimate dates are merely indicative.

 

Any delay in the dispatch of articles, in view of the estimated dates presented, does not entitle you to compensation.

 

The non-payment of the order within ten (10) days following the date on which it was made implies the automatic cancellation of the order.

The reservation of any order placed in the online store is only made after payment.

 

In case of unavailability of the product and/or stock breakage, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order entitled to a refund of the respective amount paid.

 

Pursuant to Law 7/2004 of 7 January, on e-commerce, Casas com Design reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, malfunction of Casas com Design computers or if the contractual proposal arrives deformed at its destination and that the error concerns an essential element of the contract.

 

If you wish to exchange or return items contact Customer Service, who will provide you with all information about the exchange/return process. Under no circumstances send the articles without prior contact because they will not be received.

 

All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and will only be accepted for exchange or return those who comply with the return conditions.

 

If you choose to return the amount we inform you that:

• The refund is made by the means of payment used.
• In case you have received damaged items, Casas com Design will take the items back, free of charge to the Customer.

 

Casas com Design reserves the right not to accept items that do not comply with these conditions.

 

If the purchased product is defective, you must notify Customer Support, informing your order number and the description of the defect. The costs of returning or collecting items within the Warranty period will be borne by Casas com Design.

 

Upon receipt of the article at Casas com Design’s facilities we will make the technical verification and, in case of proven any lack of conformity, the item will be replaced. In this case, we will replace the item and resend to your address at no additional cost.

 

If the technical check detects signs of misuse, and/or any problem that may have caused the anomaly (e.g. fall, humidity, etc.) the customer will be contacted to indicate if he wants to repair the equipment by referring it to Technical Assistance.

 

In the case of items outside the warranty period, Casas com Design also provides technical assistance, so you can inform us and send the defective items to Customer Service. The items will be analyzed by the After-Sales Service which will issue a technical opinion and respective repair budget. The repair will only be initiated after acceptance of the budget by the customer.

 

All purchases made on the website are subject to Portuguese law. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the General Conditions shall be submitted to the Portuguese competent court.
